Use any payment method displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by device, destination, and payment provider. We do not claim to accept a method unless it is offered in your checkout.

Security

Checkout uses encrypted connections and payment processing services. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email. We may verify unusual transactions to protect customers and prevent fraud.

Charges and refunds

The final payable amount is shown before order submission. If a payment fails, check the details or choose another available method. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; see the Return & Refund Policy for timing and conditions.

For a question about a charge or order, use the customer support contact on our Contact Us page and include your order number. Never include a full payment card number in your message.

Currency and final total

The currency and total payable are shown during checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee if your account uses another currency. Shipping and applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm payment.

Payment authorization

A payment attempt may be declined or held for verification by a payment provider. Please check the checkout message and contact your provider if needed. We will not request that you send a full card number, security code, or password by email.

Order and refund records

Keep your order confirmation for reference. If an order is canceled before shipment or a return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method according to the Terms of Purchase and Return & Refund Policy. Processing by your bank may take additional time after issuance.
