1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Ozelvia LLC are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Custom Products: For any custom or personalized products, the maximum fulfillment time is 14 business days.


2. Domestic Shipping Only

Ozelvia LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are based on carrier projections and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and can be used to track your package on the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. Ozelvia LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping costs to the customer.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Ozelvia LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Damaged Orders: Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging and damaged goods before filing.
  • Lost Orders: Contact us at support@ozelvia.com. We will assist in working with the carrier.

7. Klarna Compliance Note

  • Klarna cannot be used for gift card purchases, services, or consultations.
  • Any custom product purchased using Klarna will be fulfilled within 14 business days.
