1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.


2. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in the original, unopened packaging
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or opened cannot be returned.


3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect.
  • Ozelvia LLC will cover all shipping costs for replacements or refunds.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement before processing.
  • Once processing begins (typically 1–2 business days), the order cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned per our standard policy.

9. Klarna Compliance

  • Any custom product purchased via Klarna will be fulfilled within 14 business days.
